She is survived by: her husband Ricky Powe; her daughters, Hannah Conkle (Dontavius Jackson) of Franklin, Erica Garner (Matthew) of Carrollton and Ashley Powell (Jason) of Carrollton; her grandchildren, Asher Jackson, Hunter Powe, Luke Garner, Samantha Garner and Jackson Powell; her sisters, Rachel Mitchell of Franklin and Sandra Skinner of Grantville; her nephew Johnny Mitchell; and her nieces, Frances Young and Wendi Arrington. She is also survived by great-nieces, great-nephews, other relatives and friends.
