He was predeceased by: his daughter Holly Rakestraw; and his parents, Carl Reid Rakestraw and Ann Ward Reynolds. He is survived by: his son Marcus Rakestraw (Lauren) of Hogansville; his siblings, Julie Cook of Whitesburg, Micheal Davenport (PokYe) of Whitewater, WI and Blake Davenport of Whitesburg; and his grandchildren, Dylan, Jackson, Noah, Destiny, Payton and Parker.
