He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonnie McCormick and Ellare Wilson McCormick; and his siblings, Ethyl, Dorothy and Vernon.
He is survived by: his wife Janice McCormick of Franklin; his children, Brian McCormick of Brunswick, GA, Tonya Kelly (Jason) of Graham, AL, David McCormick (Nicole) of Bremen, Jamie Ball (Kelli) of Cumming, Brittany Scarborough of Franklin and Bailey Scarborough of Franklin; his daughter-in-law Katrina McCormick; and his siblings, Martha Harbuck, Floyd McCormick and Rufus McCormick. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Ridgeway Baptist Church.
