We are sad to announce that on November 9, 2021, at the age of 83, Charlotte Estelle Wallace of Franklin, Georgia, born in Newnan, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Rheubin Pitts and Eva Lorinne Hall Pitts; her husband Billy V. Wallace; her daughters, Dell Lisa Dingler and Nell Ann Dingler; her stepson Ronald Wallace; and her siblings, Gloria Dominick, Lounell Humphreys of Paulyne Stokes, J. D and Hall.

She is survived by: her daughters, Jennifer Wallace Fay and Sherrie Wallace Cox; and her brother-in-law William Humphreys. She is also survived by three grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
