He was predeceased by: his parents, William Carl Bledsoe and Pearlie Estelle Hammond Bledsoe; his siblings, Sallie Mae Shelnutt and William Troy Bledsoe; and his nephew Travis Shelnutt.
He is survived by: his niece Deborah Parks (David) of Ephesus; and his nephews, Elvis Shelnutt of Franklin, Royce Shelnutt of Franklin and Jervis Shelnutt (Janice) of Hogansville. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
