She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Conley Foxworth and Vanara Jeanette Tew Foxworth; and her daughter Mandy Bales. She is survived by: her children, Teddy Bales, Jr. (Diamond) of Franklin and Candy Bales Adamson (Leonard) of Newnan; her grandchildren, Kaitlyn Adamson, Abigail Bales, Bentley Bales, Brandon Bales and Lacy Thornton; her siblings, Tammy Foxworth, Kenneth Derryberry and Dale Corbit; and her nephew Charles Duane Bales, Jr.. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
