He was predeceased by: his children, Dannette Johnson (Calvin), Suzanne Sanders (Frank) and Billy Kiser Jr (Denise); his stepchildren, Jimmy Harris (Susan), Mike Harris (Carol) and Debbie Merrill (Andy Jackson); his grandchildren, Chris Lanier (Kim), Casey Lanier (Cindy), Carey Lanier (Melissa), Gus Callaway (Mollie), Allison McCoy (Jon), Michael Kiser, David Kiser (Ashley), Keith Johnson (Heather), Kim Sanders, Kevin Scott, Casey Merrill (Daphne), Renee Taylor (Troy) and Stephanie Palmer; and his siblings, June Sisk and Donald Kiser.

He is survived by: his wife Vonceil N. Kiser. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
