She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Cook, Sr. and Cloe Alice Alewine Cook; and her siblings, Frances White, Shirley Wiggins, Tommy Cook, Clyde Cook, Jr. and Paul Cook.
She is survived by: her husband Harold Dean Stephens of Franklin; her son Marty; her daughter-in-law Cynthia Thomas of Woodland, AL; and her sister Nellie Collins of Ranburne, AL. She is also survived by four step-children; eleven grandchildren, five great grandchildren.
