She is survived by: her mother Rachel Jackson Johnson; her son Dustin Cook of Bremen; her boyfriend Tommy Taylor of Franklin; her stepmother Elaine Merrill; and her siblings, Laura Harbin (Ian) of Senoia and Dave Langley (Jennifer) of Ephesus. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
