Lewis; her children, Cindy Swafford (Barry) of Warner Robins, Georgia Bonawitz and Randy John Bonawitz (Lynda Christine) of Perry, Georgia; her stepchildren, Richard Lewis (Leanne) and Caroline Lewis of Gatlinburg, Tennessee; her grandchildren, Matthew Swafford, Blake Swafford, Johnathan Bonawitz, A. J. Bonawitz, MaKenzie Bonawitz, Brandon Lewis, Riley Lewis, Tyler McFalls, Erica McFalls, Justin Quarels of Warner Robins, Christina Willis of Perry and Dalyn O'Brien of Warner Robins, Georgia; her great grandchildren, Blakely Elizabeth Swafford, Chloe, Sophie, Jordan, Kinley, Jaxson and Emersyn; her siblings, John Padgett (Mary Ann) of Centerville, Kenneth Padgett (Sara) of Perry, Georgia Padgett and Oris Padgett (Eloise) of Elko, Georgia; and her uncle Clarence Padgett of Dry Branch.
