She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Rothwell and Florence Huff Rothwell; and her siblings, Steven Rothwell, Barbara Cruz and Paul Rothwell.

She is survived by: her husband Randy L. Blem; her grandchildren, Jacob Ward, Kyleigh Ward, Hudson Ward, Rachel Stewart, Lydia Stewart, Greyson Stewart and London Stewart; and her siblings, Martha Nestor, Lynn Beideman, Robert "Jim" Rothwell, Thomas Rothwell, John Rothwell, Gregory Rothwell, Daniel Rothwell and David Rothwell. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
