With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Stella Starks of Fortson, Georgia, who passed away on June 26, 2024 at the age of 81. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Stella Starks to pay them a last tribute.

In the sacred silence of farewell, Stella is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Stella's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.

She is survived by : her husband Wayne; her children, Cheryl, Duane, Robin and Chris; and her sisters, Jean and Brenda. She is also survived by her seven grandchildren, and one great grandchild.

Visitation was held on Sunday, June 30th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Monday, July 1st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:50 AM. A celebration of life will be held on Monday, July 1st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the McMullen Funeral Home and Crematory (3874 Gentian Blvd, Columbus, GA 31907).
