With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Roy Skinner of Fortson, Georgia, born in Slocomb, Alabama, who passed away on November 6, 2024 at the age of 90. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Roy Skinner to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carson T. Skinner and Doris Skinner (White); his sisters, Margaret Skinner Bartlett and Robbie Skinner Ledford; and his daughter Kathryn D. Skinner.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Warren Skinner; his daughters, Ginger S. Morrow and Amy S. Bennett; his stepchildren, Loxie R. Wilson and Ray Ritchie; his grandchildren, Victoria Hughes, James Sidebottom, Megan Determan, McGuire Bennett, Casey Bennett and Marc Wilson; and his great grandchildren, Drew Hughes, Grayson and Crosby Young.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Parkhill Cemetery (4161 Macon Rd, Columbus, GA 31907).
