He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Charles Loughman, Sr. and Corrine Fanning Loughman. He is survived by: his wife Jane Buza Loughman; his sons, Jason Loughman (Janice) of Hamilton, GA and Justin Loughman (Jessica) of Fortson, GA; and his grandchildren, Nathan Loughman of Hamilton, GA, Stephen Loughman of Hamilton, GA and Raven Loughman of Fortson, GA. He is also survived by three brothers, and two sisters.
