He was predeceased by: his parents, Doyle Moye and Florene Hutchins Moye; his wife Frieda E. Moye; and his brother Kenneth Moye. He is survived by: his children, Deborah Moye Samra (Frank) of Hamilton, GA, Michael Kyle Moye (Christine) and Jeremy Matthew Moye of Fortson, GA; his stepchildren, William B. Carter of Winterville, GA, Rita Bishop (Randy) of Hamilton, GA and Kenneth H. Carter, Jr. (Pam) of Lakeland, FL; and his sisters, Dorothy Cook of Columbus, GA, Shirley Dunahoo (Emory) of Clermont, GA, Peggy Moye Wright (Warren) of Townsend, TN, Mary Watson (Tommy) of Gainesville, GA and Brenda Faye Rodriquez of Columbus, GA. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews.
