He was predeceased by: his father Ricky; his wife Kristi; his daughters, Montana and Olivia; his children-in-law, Tek and Kaleb; and his grandchildren, Field and Finley Jane.
He is survived by: his mother Brenda; his mother-in-law Dianne (Rick); his siblings, Ricky Jr. and Stephanie; his siblings-in-law, Bobby and Tracy (Todd); his niece Abbey; and his nephews, Kyle, Chris and Cody.
