He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Stroud Hanson of Fortson, GA; his son Michael D. Hanson (Christine); his sisters, Barbara Hanson and Marilyn Hanson Grant (Douglas); his grandson Lucas Hanson; his brothers-in-law, Stephen Stroud (Shea) and James Ronnie Stroud; and his friends, Wade Wiggins, Mike Bostic, Jaime and Chris Tillman. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other friends.
