Eloise Capan Pope Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Eloise Capan Pope of Fortson, Georgia, born in Cottonwood, Alabama, who passed away on November 3, 2024 at the age of 94. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Eloise Capan Pope to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her mother Ethel Capan; and her siblings, Junior Capan, Imogene Leathers and Ethleyn Joyner. She is survived by: her sister Sheral Marshall; her daughters, Joni Johns and Karen Bullock; her granddaughters, Megan Johns and Amanda Moore Porfirio; and her great grandchildren, Forrest Moore and Kately Moore.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Striffler-Hamby Mortuary (4071 Macon Rd, Columbus, GA 31907). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
