Donna Galbreath Obituary

We are sad to announce that on August 21, 2018, at the age of 63, Donna Galbreath (Fortson, Georgia), born in Columbus, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Charles P. Turk; and her brother Charles A. Turk. She is survived by: her husband Rick Galbreath; her child Allison Scarbrough (Gordy); her mother Lessie Turk Scott; her grandchildren, Ella-Kate Scarbrough and Gordy Scarbrough; and her siblings, Vickie Cosby and Scott Turk (Henry Harmon). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers the family requests for donations to be made to Columbus Hospice.
