He is survived by: his wife Ola Moore of Fortson, GA; his children, Alecia Maddox (Sean) of Fortson, GA and Michael Moore (Melissa) of Hamilton, GA; his grandchildren, Tyler Woodall (Michael), Megan Moore, Austin Maddox and Matthew Moore; and his sister-in-law Ann Moore.
