He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Charles H. Smith and Brenda Hall Walden; and his uncles, Gerald Smith and Harold Hall. He is survived by: his parents, Brenda Hall and Mike Hall; his grandmother Sara Ann Smith; and his aunts and uncles, Donna Sides, Terese Land (Henry), Charles A. Smith, Steven W. Smith and Lynn Holland.
