He is survived by: his children, Kellye Barton Lupica (Paul), Kristi Sanders (Shane), Chris Cook, April Cook MacFadyen and Elisha Cook MacLellan (Mike); and his grandchildren, Ryan, Lauren, Rebecca, Megan, William, Reagan, Abigail, Ian and Will. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren; several brothers and sisters.
