She is survived by: her children, Julie Greene (David) of Americus, Kim Adams (Vern) of Covington, Jimmy Giles (Sandra) of Bonaire and Johnny Giles of Fort Worth, Texas; her daughter-in-law Kim Giles of Miami; her grandchildren, Jennifer Hunter (Chris), Alicia Bailey (Leon), David Greene Jr. (Amanda), Bill Dryden (Abigail), Jacob Giles (MacKenzie), Jonathan Giles, Caitlin Simkins (Tanner), Anna Giles and Noah Giles; her great grandchildren, Christopher Hunter, Rachel Bailey, Anslee Bailey, Champ Marshall, Dylan Dryden, Nik Giles, Sienna Simkins and Stella Simkins; and her sisters, Christine Robertson of South Carolina, Betty Dixon, Gladys Pennington of Tennessee, Carol Taylor of Perry and Tiny Absher (Frank) of Fort Valley. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Rooks Funeral Home - Fort Valley (213 W Church St, Fort Valley, GA 31030). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Oaklawn Cemetery (720 S Camellia Blvd, Fort Valley, GA 31030).
