He is survived by: his mother Ethel McCall Giddens of Blythe, California; his wife Tammy Ann Castleberry of Fort Valley; his sons, Jason (Emily Castleberry) and Ashlyn Castleberry of Macon, Georgia; his grandchildren, Dunlie Castleberry of Ellaville, Sayler Castleberry of Hahira, Aiden Tillman of Hahira, Rhett Castleberry of Macon and Cameron Castleberry of Macon; his siblings, Roy "R. T." (Judy Castleberry), Ricky (Jerri Lynn Castleberry), Rodney (Maria Castleberry) and Rhonda Castleberry of Belen; and his mother-in-law Becky Williams of Valdosta.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Boone Funeral Home (1804 S Hutchinson Ave, Adel, GA 31620). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of Boone Funeral Home South (1804 S Hutchinson Ave, Adel, GA 31620).
