He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Lee Duke Jr. and Lena Belle Duke (Kay). He is survived by: his wife Donna Sue Duke (McCain); his sons, Robert Steven Duke and Benjamin Alexander Duke; his grandchildren, Caitlyn, Ethan, Payton and Gracie; and his siblings, Edgar Lee Duke III (Joanne), Kay Parrish, Adair Duke and Christine Duke. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and great friends.
