He was predeceased by: his parents, Roscoe B Scarboro and Ruth Agnes Scarboro; his father-in-law Don (Gladys Campbell); and his nephew Tysen Keiso Campbell. He is survived by: his wife Jeannie Scarboro; his daughter Jenna Yocum Lisa (Sam); his grandchildren, Miller, Lillian, Elowen, Jeb Peterson and Eddie Yocum; his brothers, Mark (Sherry Campbell) and Ned (Jenny Campbell); and his nieces and nephews, Erica Scruggs (Michael), Noelle, Sierra, Camille Campbell, Ellen and Ella.
