It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Raphael Henry Francois Taranto (Fort Valley, Georgia), born in Mulhouse, Alsace, who passed away on January 24, 2023, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Sauveur Jean Henry Taranto; his aunts, Monika Taranto, Pierrette Froger (François Froger) and Christiane Froger (Daniel Froger); his uncle Joseph Portenseigne (Clara Taranto); and his grandparents, Olga Pandolfo, Raphaël Taranto, Josephine Restle and François Froger.
He is survived by: his wife Michelle Taranto; his brother Gregory Taranto; his siblings-in-law, Kevin Horne and Jo Lee Horne; his niece Bethany Horne; his nephews, Brad Horne and Jeremy Horne; his great-nieces, Kyndall Horne and Natalie Horne; his great-nephew Dawson Horne; his parents-in-law, Daniel and Sandie Wade; and also, Yves, Alain, Karine Portenseigne, Julio Taranto, Valérie, Frank, Jennifer Taranto, René, Geneviève Taranto, Pascal, Laurence, Audrey Taranto, François Froger, Bérengère, Richard, Daniel Froger, Sylvie, Frédérique, Philippe, Edouard, Lise Froger, Pierre, Marion Froger, Juliette, André, Ginette Taranto, Yann Taranto, Muriel and Nathalie Josset.
Sadly, COVID-19 ultimately took him from us.
