She is survived by: her husband Jamie Cook; her sons, Adam (Nancy) of Alpharetta and Charlie of Warner Robins; and her siblings, Michael Daniel (Gail) of Conyers and Susan Allen (Scott) of Warner Robins. She is also survived by three beautiful grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
