With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nora Bush Thomas of Fort Valley, Georgia, born in Buchanan, Georgia, who passed away on December 30, 2024 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Nora Bush may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Nora Bush touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Perry Bush and Della Key Bush; and her husband Frederick Ervin Thomas. She is survived by: her children, Eric Thomas (Tracie), Perry Joe Thomas (Kerry), Paul Thomas (Amy), Sherrie Wilson (Brian) and Chuck Thomas (Susan). She is also survived by ten grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.
