She was predeceased by: her parents, James Rice and Betty Rice; her husband Elmer Leroy Belcher; and her daughter-in-law Claudette Belcher. She is survived by: her sons, Robert L. Belcher, William J. Belcher (Sherry) and Elmer L. Belcher (Pam); her grandchildren, Lee Belcher, Josh Belcher, Brian Degitz and Tiffany Arrvia; and her brothers-in-law, James O. Belcher and Ralph W. Belcher. She is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Rooks Funeral Home (109 W White Rd, Byron, GA 31008). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
