She is survived by: her children, Glen McCormick Jr. (Patricia) of Elko, Steve McCormick of Perry and Beth Eyler (Jim) of Fort Valley; her grandchildren, Alejandro "Stevie" McCormick, Robert McCormick and Melissa Sewell (Les); her great grandchild Cady Sewell; her brother Lamar Middlebrooks; and her sister-in-law Mary Evelyn Howe.
