He was predeceased by: his father Ira Watson; his brother Wayne Watson, Sr.; his nephew Wayne Watson, Jr.; his sons, Eric Watson of Byron, Ken Watson (Shaleen) of Perry, Michael Watson of Michigan and Mitch Watson (Tiffiny) of Tifton; his niece Kerri Watson Stanford of Nashville, GA; and also Linda Watson (Harris) of Byron.
