She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Sanford Clarke, Sr. (Crawford County) and Rosa Lee Woodard Clarke (Macon County); her husband Otis Beard, Sr.; her son Alton Beard (Marla) of Roberta; her stepdaughter Barbara Ann Brown of Fort Valley, Georgia.; her sons, Allan Bernard Beard (Tangela) of Fort Valley, Georgia. and Otis Beard, Jr. of Fort Valley, Georgia.; her brothers, Sanford B. Clarke (Gloria) of Atlanta, Georgia. and Charles Dennis Clarke; and her grandchildren, Mikayla Beard, Damien Beard, Victoria Beard, Demetria Brown and Willie Brown. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins. other relatives, and many sorrowing friends.
