She was predeceased by: her parents, James Walton and Irene Walton (Rowland); her husband Charles Edward Stielper; and her brothers, James Monroe Walton, Jr. and Kenneth Larry Walton.
She is survived by: her stepdaughters, Cathy Gilbert (Derrick) of Virginia Beach, VA and Cristina Howlett (Donnie) of Virginia Beach, VA; her sister Karen McNeal (Tim) of Gordon, GA; and her sister-in-law Debra Walton. She is also survived by five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
