He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Peppers and Evelyn West Peppers. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Parker; his aunt Annette Hill; his stepdaughter Doris Liggin; and his stepgrandson Trey Liggin. He is also survived by several cousins and other family members.
