He was predeceased by: his father Jake O'Neal. He is survived by: his son James Calvin O'Neal III (Meredith); his granddaughters, Jalyn O'Neal and Elizabeth O'Neal; his great grandchild Emery Hanson; his mother LuVodys O'Neal; and his siblings, Lottie Cameron (Doug), Linda O'Neal, Sharon Chitty, Felix O'Neal (Dawn) and Steve O'Neal (Sarah). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
