He is survived by: his parents, Joel Lewis and Melanie Lewis; his brothers, Joel Lewis, Jr. (Kelli), Brandon Lewis (Tiffany), Wesley Lewis-Suddeth (Brittany) and Shelton Suddeth; his grandparents, Clinton, Delores Stephens, Wallace Lewis and Lois Collins; his aunts and uncles, Irene, Harley, Rudy, Carol, Glenn and Bonnie; and his cousins, Aaron Smith, Trey Starley, Jonathan Taunton and Rascal.
