She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Luther Garrett and Flora Woods Garrett; her children, Elaine Grinstead (Gene) of Cairo and Rick Hammock of Fort Valley; her grandchildren, Jenny Harrison (Todd) of Cairo, Jimbo Hammock (Kristen) of Fort Valley and Bucky Hammock of Fort Valley; her great grandchildren, Audrey, Ella Harrison, Drew Hammock, Levi and Jaiden Hammock; her brother Kervin Garrett of Texas; her half-siblings, Frances McKinney of Starke, Florida, Earl Garrett (Cathy) of Woodbury and Tommy Garrett of Starke, Florida; her sister-in-law Audrey Brown of Bradenton; her husband James Glen Hammock; her grandson David John Grinstead; her siblings, Ventrine McCoy, Christine Foster and Winston Garrett; and also Wayne Lenderman. She was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, and other family members.
