She was predeceased by: her parents, James Homer Patterson and Euna Mae Hatchett Patterson; her husband Rufus Franklin Walton; her siblings, Mary Anna Smith, Grace Elizabeth Burch, James Carlton Patterson, William Lynwood Patterson, June Carol Nasworthy and Wiley Eugene Patterson; and her son-in-law John Trostle.
She is survived by: her children, Mike Walton (Sue) and Dorothy Trostle; her grandchildren, Susan Martin (Mike), Mandi Herndon (James), Troy Ryles (Megan) and Amy Smith (Jamie); her great grandchildren, Madison Martin, Martin, Mackenzie Herndon, Charlotte Herndon, Courtney Ryles, Amber Ryles, Scottie Ryles and Abigail Smith; and her siblings-in-law, Sandra Patterson and Raymond Smith. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many more family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Wesley Chapel. A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
