It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deborah Spencer (Fort Valley, Georgia), born in Springville, New York, who passed away on April 21, 2022, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Hopkins and Margaret Halstead (Cole); her husband Donald Spencer; and her brothers, Dennis and Dale Hopkins.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jennifer Spencer-Pieterick (Douglas Pieterick) of Bonaire, GA and Nicole Spencer-Whiting (Rodney Horton, Jr.) of Winter Haven, FL; her grandchildren, Paige and Noah Pieterick; her siblings, Diane Yocum, David and Duane Hopkins; and also, Ann Litwinski and Rita Scharf.
