He was predeceased by: his parents, Tommie Lee and Mattie Mae Mathis Walton. He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Ross Walton; his children, Andrea R. Felton, Sharmaine Wilson, Darryle Walton, LaTicia and David Walton, Jr. (Jacinda); his siblings, Barbara Keels (John), Gerri Blackshear (Roe) and Roosevelt Walton (Joyce); his nephew O. J. Bassett; and his sister-in-law Clara Ross. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
