He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Brannon Barlow and Mary Davis Hosford; his siblings, Ronald "Ronnie" Barlow and Judith "Judy" Barlow Peacock; his significant other JoAnn Branan Barlow; and his daughter Janice Faye Walker Barlow.
He is survived by: his children, Billy Barlow (Jan) of Gray, Brannon Barlow (Olivia) of Chester and Angel Filley (Clint) of Eatonton; and his stepdaughter Stacey Shannon of Florida. He is also survived by great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
