He was predeceased by: his fathers, Walter Carlyle and Jerry Lee Rogers Harrell; his wife Marlyn Ann Sprayberry Harrell; and his siblings, Addie Lee Burnham, Billy Wayne Harrell and Jerry Dean Harrell.
He is survived by: his children, Orena Lee Floyd (Jerry), Deanna Jeannine Campbell (Jonathan), George Walter Harrell and Jon Michael Harrell (Jennifer); and his stepchildren, Melissa Stowe and Jeff Duncan. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren as well as several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
