It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vera Larissa Grotuss (Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia), who passed away on August 19, 2023, at the age of 103, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Gedis; her son Dr. Peter Grotuss; and her sister Karina Zilberts. She is survived by: her daughter Jana Alexander (Ron); her nephew Ed Zilberts (Judy); her grandsons, Dr. Jason Grotuss of Davis, CA and Paul Turcotte Chattanooga (Jennifer); and her great grandchildren, Abby, Betsy Turcotte and Chattanooga.
