He is survived by: his parent Virginia Clemmons-Rigsby; his children, Robert Clemmons (Angela) of Rossville and Victoria Riddle (Billy) of Chickamauga; his grandchildren, William Mathew (Ashley), Fort Oglethorpe, Keyoda Hall and Dana Clemmons; his siblings, Frank Clemmons of Wilmington, NC, Bobo Clemmons, Joe Clemmons, Fort Oglethorpe, Johnny Rigsby, Oscar "Bookie" Rigsby and Deloris of Florida; and his great grandchild Gabe De Leon-Roldan of Lafayette. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
