He is survived by: his cousin Phyllis Hillis of Oak Ridge, TN.; his goddaughter Elizabeth Goodwin Johnson; his friends, Foster Goodwin, Paul Standifer, Paul Sharp, Sanford Dickinson, Greta Roux and Sandy Gibb; and also, Nancy Ellis, Mary Ann, Bob Weems and Ingrid Boettcher.
