It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peggy Southerland West (Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia), who passed away on February 13, 2019, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husbands, Lee Southerland and Carl West; her brothers, Pat Dewey Stephenson and Ivan Vandell Stephenson, Jr.; and her foster daughter Juanita Southerland Keith.
She is survived by: her son Richard L. Southerland (Maureen); her grandsons, Phillip of Lawrenceville, GA and Aaron Southerland of Lawrenceville, GA; and her stepchildren, Doug of Ohio, Robert of Ohio and Kathy West of Ohio. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
