She was predeceased by: her parents, Winford Duncan and Edith Effie Turner Hix; and her siblings, Peggy and Buddy. She is survived by: her daughters, Tammy Smith and Lisa; her son-in-law Ronnie Willkomm; her grandchildren, Stephanie (Tim Lindseth), Ken Hollingsworth, Jr., Hillery (Zach Sims), Emily (Justin Dagnan), Ryan (Casie Willkomm), Kehlani Willkomm, Amelia (Tim Old), Rachael Smith and Richard Smith; and her great grandchildren, Timothy, Noah, Hayden, Rylan, River, Shephard, Emma, Ellie, Sophia, Joshua and Harlow. She is also survived by numerous extended family & friends.
