He is survived by: his sons, Otto Kizer Evans, III (Christina) and Sonny Evans; his siblings, Otto Albert Evans, Johnny Evans and Cathy Spears; and his grandchildren, Jacob Evans, Otto Evans, Gavin Evans, Kaleb Evans, Braiden Evans, Dakota Evans, Johnny Evans and Ashlyn Webster. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
