She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey Coker and Ella Mae Coker; her husband Charles Alvin Key; her siblings, Charles T. Coker, Louise Hughes, Roy "Buck" Lee Coker and Tootsie Turner; and her son Charles Timothy Key.
She is survived by: her children, Elaine Holcombe, Larry Key (Marry Ann), Roger Key (Helen), Delores "Tweety" Short (Michael) and Chuck Key; her siblings, Frank Coker (Judy), Brenda Wrape (Ronnie) and Royce Matthews (Gerald); and her grandchildren, Jenny Holcombe (Rob), Jessie Stokes (Wes), Charles Taylor, Tiffany Langston, Stephanie Morris, Alvin, Shane, Josh and Steven Key. She is also survived by several great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
